Privacy Policy
Effective as of Oct 1, 2024.
This Privacy Policy describes how Catch Financial, L.L.C. and our subsidiaries and affiliates, including Catch Insurance, LLC (“Catch,” “we”, “us” or “our”) process personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website, social media pages, marketing activities, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”)).
Catch is also an Enhanced Direct Enrollment ("EDE”) entity in partnership with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Marketplace program. As an EDE entity, Catch can help you shop for the insurance coverage that suits you and your family best and allows you to submit your health insurance application information directly through Catch’s website and receive an eligibility determination, without the need to be redirected to HealthCare.gov. This Privacy Policy serves as the Privacy Notice Statement that an EDE entity must provide consumers that shop, apply, and enroll, in a Qualified Health Plan through the Federally-facilitate Exchange (“FFE”) and State-based Exchanges using the Federal Platform (“SBE-FP”), that is specified in our agreement with CMS.
Information we collect from users who have signed up for a Catch Money account with us is also subject to our GLBA Notice, available here. To the extent this Privacy Policy conflicts with our GLBA Notice, our GLBA Notice shall apply.
